Anesthesiologist and Pain Management Physician

Stephen A. Graham, M.D. is a board certified anesthesiologist, fellowship trained in Pain management, practicing in the north Dallas area since 1998.

Residency and fellowship training were completed at The University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, where he learned to take a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach, utilizing all means to manage chronic pain. Along with medication management, education, and counseling, he employs the most complete and technologically advanced, minimally invasive injection techniques for the diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of pain complaints.

Each patient receives a thorough evaluation with a treatment plan developed to get their unique needs, targeting both the physical and emotional effects of chronic pain. Our overall goal is to minimize narcotic requirements by utilizing all tools available, including adjuvant medications (anti-inflammatories, antidepressants, muscle relaxants, anticonvulsants, and others), psychological counseling, education, and progressing to minimally invasive sections as necessary. Educating patients is a large focus, as understanding the source and how it can affect any aspects of our lives is tremendously important in the management of chronic pain.
